OVERVIEW

Yamaha introduces their all new Yamaha inpres X Classic FW and Spoon for 2010. Made for distance and ease of use, these ultra lightweight woods help the slower swinger and senior golfer gain distance and performance over traditional fairway woods.The larger Yamaha inpres X Classic FW heads provide much more MOI and the low CG an easy high launch off the deck or tee. Yamaha inpres X Classic FW and Spoon both feature Yamaha's Fric Off sole, an indented sole that reduces contact and friction with the ground at impact, creating faster swing speed and cleaner impact for maximum ball speeds and distance.

The standard 5 7 9 and 11 fairway woods feature a special 2.0mm thick high maraging face for soft feel and performance while the 15* Spoon is made of 6.4 Titanium construction (it's practically a mini driver).The stock Yamaha inpres X Classic FW and Spoon shaft is a double low and high kick shaft that helps square the ball and launch it in the air.Yamaha recommends the following swing speeds with some overlap depending on your swing style ie smooth or aggressive. Regular: 80-92mph. Stiff/Regular: 85-97mph.
